Terms of Service

Last updated 5 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the Reply Pilots web app and Chrome extension. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. What Reply Pilots does

Reply Pilots drafts replies, DMs and posts for you to review and send yourself. It does not publish anything on your behalf, and it does not guarantee any outcome from the messages you choose to send.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe, and for the activity under it. Accounts are for the person or business they’re issued to.

3. Acceptable use

Use Reply Pilots lawfully and within the rules of the platforms you use it on. Don’t use it to send spam, harassment, deceptive or otherwise abusive content, to impersonate others, or to break any platform’s terms. You are responsible for every message you send — you review and send each one yourself.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the business details you add and the drafts you generate. You grant us the limited right to process that content to provide the service, including sending it to the AI provider that generates your drafts, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI output

Drafts are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. Review every draft before sending it. You are solely responsible for what you send.

6. Credits, plans and payment

Access is metered in credits by plan. Where an administrator records a payment, that record is your receipt; we do not process card payments. Credits and plan terms may change with notice.

7. Third-party platforms

Reply Pilots works alongside third-party platforms (for example Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Reddit). We are not affiliated with them, and your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

8. Availability and warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reply Pilots is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for content you choose to send.

10. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post changes here and update the date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact

Questions? Use our contact page or email support@reply-pilots.com.
