What a credit is

Roughly one short generation. Longer outputs use a few, because they cost more to produce.

Every plan includes the whole product. Tiers differ in how many credits you get each month, not in which features you can reach. Current amounts are on the pricing page — they are not repeated here, because a number in two places is a number that goes stale in one of them.

What spends credits

Every AI action:

Refining counts. It is cheaper than regenerating in effort, not in credits.

The cycle

Your monthly allowance resets each billing cycle. It does not roll over — an unused allowance does not accumulate.

Credits you buy on top of a plan do roll over and do not expire. The two behave differently on purpose: the allowance is what your plan gives you each month, and a top-up is something you bought.

Running out

Generation stops until your allowance resets or you top up.

Nothing is deleted and nothing is reconfigured. Your settings, your voice, your rules, your planner and your library are untouched, and everything that does not require a generation keeps working.

If you have added your own AI provider key, runs on that key keep working, because they never drew on your balance in the first place.

Where to see your usage

Your dashboard shows what you have used over a range you choose, broken down so you can see where it went. Your library shows individual generations.

Cost figures and model detail are visible only to accounts with the appropriate permission. Where you do not have it, those columns are absent rather than blanked — the restriction is applied where the data is served rather than hidden in the interface.

A generation made on your own provider key shows a blank cost rather than zero. Zero would assert it was free, when in fact your provider billed you for it.

Teams

A workspace draws on the owner's balance. Members do not carry separate allowances, so one person's heavy week is visible in the same pool as everyone else's.

Changing plans

Upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change applies from your next billing cycle, and your voice, rules, planner and history carry over untouched.

Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active to the end of the period you have already paid for. Lifetime licences carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If your credits are going faster than expected, check your default length before anything else. A long default spends several credits where short would have spent one, on every reply.
