Supported platforms
The in-page drafting tools run on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit and Gmail, with the co-reply tool covering Messenger, Instagram DMs, LinkedIn messaging and Gmail. The highlight-based summarise and explain tools are not restricted to those platforms — they work on any page you choose to use them on, because you have told them exactly what to read.

Switching platforms on and off
Platforms are toggled in your dashboard. Turn off the ones you do not use, and the button stops appearing there.
This is worth doing on day one. An assistant offering to draft on a platform you never post to reads as intrusive rather than helpful, and it is the most common reason people describe the extension as "everywhere".
The distinction between the two off switches:

Browsers
Chromium-based browsers only: Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, Opera and others built on the same engine.
Firefox and Safari are not supported. There is no iOS app.
What "supported" means
For the drafting tools, it means the extension knows how to find the composer and how to read the post or transcript around it. That is per-platform work, which is why the list is finite and why adding one is not a configuration change.
A platform being absent from the list does not stop the highlight tools working there. It stops the in-page reply button from appearing.
Feed reading
There is one thing the extension does without you pressing a button, and it is worth stating plainly.
When you are viewing a Facebook or LinkedIn group or page you follow, it reads the posts already rendered on that screen along with their public like and comment counts, so the planner can rank what actually performs.
It reads what is already on your screen. It does not scroll, and it does not visit anything you did not open. Muting the site switches it off along with everything else — see Muting a site and Privacy and data.
